The Annual Membership Meeting was held Monday 3/25/24, which included bringing on Donald "Duck" Rainville as part of the board of directors. The complete board list is available under the Board Info tab.

**NOTICE** The Storage Compounds now have an Annual Agreement that needs to be submitted by January 1 of each year to keep your space in the compound. There is an annual fee of $50 for the key, which is due each year upon receipt of the agreement. If you have previously paid the $50 deposit, that was applied to the 2023 payment, it does not apply to any other year. If you have current registration and insurance information on the items you are storing make sure the office has a copy on file.  If it is not current please provide that information when you submit your agreement. The form is available on this website under Forms, and hard copies are in the office for pickup if necessary.

Please make sure you submit an Environmental Application to the Office prior to starting any exterior work. This requirement is still in effect for rebuilding or repairing damage. Contractors will submit county permits, but generally do not submit approval for the Association permit. This is your responsibility.

Many Owners have been asking for a list of Vendors. Donna Marino (of Petula Ave) has put together a list based on Owner recommendations and ads in the VOICE. That list can be accessed by clicking HERE

The Clubhouse and Office Building are undergoing a significant water mitigation/mold remediation process. ALL rooms in the buildings are closed until further notice. The buildings are in the process of renovating and are not safe for occupancy. Opening the Restrooms, Office and Laundry Room is our priority, and we have arranged with the contractor to have those completed as their initial focus.

We are located in the Mobile Office outside of the Laundry Room entrance.

Village Common Area Amenities

There are two recreation buildings.  The smaller building houses the business offices, a game room with three pool tables, a library, and a small fitness center.  The large building consists of a craft room, board room, and the "Hall" which is equipped with a full size commercial kitchen. Because of the numerous events hosted in the Hall, it has become affectionately known as the GATHERING PLACE; where the Months turn into Years with Friends that turn into Family.  The rear of the building houses laundry facilities equipped with eight washers and dryers.

In addition to the recreation buildings, there are two swimming pools, one which is heated so residents can swim all year long.  Courts for shuffleboard, bocce, tennis and pickleball offer something for everyone.  There are also horseshoe pits surrounded by plenty of large shade trees.

A compound is available for storage of recreational vehicles and boats which are not allowed to be parked in driveways.  There is a woodshop on site which residents may use for a nominal fee.

The section known as the "Waterfront" consists of a large picnic area, boat ramp, fishing pier and boat slips.  The slips may be leased by owners on an annual basis.  As slips become available, they are offered to owners on the waiting list in date order.

The large lake in the center of the Village is home to an abundance of wildlife, including alligators and a wide variety of birds.  It is not uncommon for an eagle to provide residents with a perfect photo op.
