Bought the most beautiful bottle green petticoat from Pretty Kitty. It was made so well, so full and just wonderful for any swing dress look you are going for. Unfortunately it just didn’t give me the look I was going for and I’ve since opted for no petticoat, that still wouldn’t deter me from buying from Pretty Kitty again - the returns process and response from customer service was prompt and professional. Would highly recommend!

Lovely website and order process simple and straightforward. The order arrived in very timely fashion beautifully packaged. The dress was exactly as presented online, fit beautifully and the length was perfect for me (which at 5ft 2inches is usually a challenge). Looking forward to wearing the dress at a July wedding.

I ordered a dress from Pretty Kitty, this was the first time I had ordered from the company and I was extremely pleased with the beautiful dress. The quality of the material was so good and it was packaged in lovely pink tissue paper too! Also extremely good value for money.

The dress was well packaged and arrived as stated. The dress is really lovely and will be perfect for a Spring wedding. The good quality fabric has a slight stretch to it but holds its shape well, it is very flattering for a more curvy figure.

I ordered the Audrey Swing Dress in black - brilliant quality and is my go-to classic black dress for all those times when you think ‘you have nothing to wear!’ The customer service is exceptional - highly recommend.

Love this company. The dresses are amazing - I have 3 of the same design but different colours - and the quality and craftsmanship is second to none. I always get so many compliments when I wear one of them. Orders are beautifully wrapped and sent quickly. Cannot fault anything about them!

I have now bought three dresses from Pretty Kitty. The ordering is easy and the dresses arrived quickly. I'm wearing the blue dress to a spring wedding later in April, the green floral dress to a wedding at the beginning of June and a dusky pink dress for my dons wedding at the end of June. The fabric in the dresses falls beautifully and are very comfortable to wear. I love them. I contacted Pretty Kitty by email with a question about the fabric and they responded the same day. Excellent service and perfect dresses.

I've ordered a couple of times now from Pretty Kitty. Both times, the dresses arrived promptly, well packaged. I had to return one dress as it didn't suit me. I was quickly refunded and the returns process was very straightforward and efficient. The two dresses I've kept are lovely. They are well made, look lovely on and are super comfy. I love the classic designs and the fabrics. Definitely recommend Pretty Kitty.

First time ordering from Pretty Kitty. Ordered a range of pencil fit dresses and some shoes. Lovely friendly and efficient customer service, took the trouble to let me know one item I ordered wasn't available and sent an alternative at a reduced price, which was thoughtful. Not yet sure which items I will be keeping. My only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is because the dresses have arrived in what look like pre-used plastic bags in a crumpled/creased and slightly soiled smelling condition, and any that I keep will need to be washed before I can wear them. Looking at other reviewers' comments about lovely packaging, my experience doesn't seem to be a common one. It wouldn't put me off shopping with Pretty Kitty again, however! 😊

Thank you for the review Julie. I’m sorry to hear that the dresses didn’t arrive in a satisfactory condition. We have a strict QC system with all orders and all items should be thoroughly inspected before dispatch so we will certainly look into this. We do now use fully recycled garment bags for all our garments. We did have an issue with one of our embroidered dresses where the adhesive for the embroidery had a strong aroma to it however this does come out after a wash. We will happily exchange this for you and you can return using our free returns portal. Pretty Kitty
I was supposed to get a delivery Wednesday but still saying royal mail are still awaiting parcel from sender I've tried to chase twice and no one is getting back to me even though I emailed urgent m. Its my first order so anxious that it may even be a dodgy site very unhappy!!!

What free returns??? Total bull^%#* as I had to pay for the delivery when I ordered and they only refunded a partial refund deducting the initial postage! So what free returns! Total waste of my money! Never ever gonna shop here again.

I am sorry that you are so angry but this feedback is not correct. We do offer FREE RETURNS - You actually used our free returns label so did not pay for your return parcel so I am not quite sure what we have done wrong?
I've ordered a couple of times now from Pretty Kitty. Dresses and a winter coat they are well made and very comfortable. I love the classic designs and the fabrics. I get compliments when I wear them. Definitely recommend Pretty Kitty.
