I placed an order with my bulky bean over a month ago. I have several emails back and forth with “Michelle” but have yet to receive order or confirmation of tracking order. I have requested refund and have not received that either. I spent $118 and nothing was received! ******** continues to allow them to advertise after a complaint filed through them as well. New business name as of this mornings add is comfy bean. Beware!!!Review from Linda C

I ordered a bean bag and over a month haven't received anything. I keep getting email responses from a person named "Michelle" saying it'll be sent. Then after complaining from a months wait, I was told she'd send another for free for the inconvenience only to find out this place is a scam and fraud!!! I knew the cheap price was too good to be true!!! If you've ordered from this company, call your bank right away and report them! They are taking people's card numbers and using them for fraud!Review from Melissa R

Ordered June 10 and still have not gotten any shipment only email saying will be shipped out after weekend. They should be ashamed of themselves if its a SCAM and they should be in jail. I paid $118.00 for (2). I want my money back. It should be rated ZEROReview from Carol B

I got pulled in by their constant ads on ********. Ordered a bean bag and then decided to look into the company. Immediately realized that I had made a mistake by trusting their advertisement on ********. Filed a dispute with my credit card company. Currently just received the seventh email from the company talking about my delivery being delayed blah blah blah. Each time they email me I tell them the order has been canceled. They’re obviously computer-generated and there’s no confident human beings on the other end of their emails. Thankfully my credit card company accepted my dispute and refunded my money. I ordered from this business never got a shipping tracking number only got a invoice number and the number they have presently don't work this company is a scam and shouldn't be allowed to keep their profile online scaming innocent people
