    Pattern of Complaint:
    On May 11th, and May 20, 2022, BBB attempted to contact Bulky Bean LLC regarding a high volume and pattern of serious complaints. BBB has received a high volume of complaints alleging:
    Consumers ordering the bean bag chair but never receiving it. Some consumers state the get a response to their inquiries stating the item is being shipped, but it still never comes. The business failed to respond to all of the complaints through BBB’s complaint process.

    BBB notified Bulky Bean LLC about the pattern of complaints and asked the business to voluntarily cooperate in eliminating the pattern by providing a written response outlining the specific steps it would implement in order to avoid similar complaints in the future. BBB also requested general information including copies of refund policies, the names & full contact information of the business’ principal officers and responsible management, the physical address of its principal office and a completed BBB Standard Business Questionnaire.

    As of June 15, 2022, Bulky Bean LLC has not responded regarding the pattern of complaints or BBB's requests for information. BBB has concerns about Bulky Bean LLC’s business practices and urges consumers to use caution based on their complaint activity and lack of responsiveness.

      Date of original transaction/ purchase was April 2022. I ordered product and paid 59.00. I received a confirmation e-mail and have been in touch with the owner- with promises to send my item as well as free products due to their delay in issuing/ shipping/ filling my order. They stopped responding when I asked for a refund- still promising to send my items. I have not received any response in the last several months and no credit was issued to my credit card, which has now been cancelled to another fraud issue. Can I just get a refund? I would never recommend this company to anyone. they were straight out lying to me at several points, saying my order would ship in a couple of days, when I finally realized they were not going to fulfill my order. Thank you !! I can send you all of the e-mail responses - an entire trail of them (32 Messages), between myself & the owner ***** & another lady, ******** - if requested Thank you !! ***** ******

      I ordered bean chairs from the company in May 2022 they took my money and gave me the run around about my products being shipped. They stopped replying to my emails and I still have not received my order or my refund.

      Purchased a Bean Bag Chair August 5, 2022 (transaction posted to credit card August 9, 2022). Paid $59.00 in US funds. The charge was taken from my credit card but the item was never received. After emailing the company and receiving no response, I started to look for potential scams from this company and see this has also happened to countless other people. Order Confirmation # *****.

      July 15 2022 was the transaction date the amount was $49.00 US with the exchange rate it came to $66.43 canadian They were suppose to send me a giant beanbag. The reason for the despute is the company is a complete scam they had their website saying they are located in new york but the charge on my credit card was coming from arizona from a completely different company called *********.co. i have tried to email them and contact them but i haven't gotten anything back or heard from them. The only confirmation number i got was *****. They said they will send the shipping information once it's been shipped. But i never got anything. Also when i went to the website again now december 26 2022 it's a different website selling something completely different. I do also have photo proof of all of this.
