As a young riding professional, I used to deal with some serious post-ride pain from old injuries. I was struggling, because I knew I wanted to be in a rider for life - and I just wanted to feel better. I felt stuck in my level of riding and overall confidence and was questioning future my as a rider. I began exercising, and understood very quickly that there were massive benefits to training the proper rider muscles that would give me the strength to ride all day without feeling incredible pain and defeat.

TWS is my way of turning pain into purpose and helping riders of all types maximize their potential, and fully go for their biggest dreams. Whether you're a competitor, a pro, a trail rider, or a chill amateur mom - there is no cap on your potential.
