Recycling Collection Registration Form - SY23

The Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) will resume its School Recycling Collection Program this school year. School recycling will be collected one time per week from each registered school. There is no cost for registered schools participating in DPW’s School Recycling Program. To register your school, complete this form. Only one (1) registration form is required for each school.

For schools that register by Aug 29, collection will begin the week of Sep 5. For schools that register late, collection will begin two weeks after the date of their registration.

DPW will send a confirmation email indicating your school’s assigned collection day within 7-10 business days of completing this form.

Recycling must be placed on in a dedicated dumpster, in cardboard boxes, or labeled recycling bins.

NO PLASTIC BAGS and/or NO LOOSE RECYCLING will be collected.

Participation in the School Recycling Program may be forfeited if three (3) consecutive weeks pass and our school does not place recycling at its designated pick-up location. (*Note: If this occurs, a new request form must be submitted to restart your school’s recycling.)
