WHO ARE WE?
The Coffee Collab is an initiative started by a group of individuals, creatives & social advocates wanting to do good and give back during this difficult time of the COVID-19 outbreak and South African National Lockdown.

As a generation of coffee lovers, a huge portion of our budgets goes toward our daily morning coffee. Spending on average R25 for a "flat white" each morning, we can easily rake up a bill of R525 in 21 days.

How about we collaborate during the Nationwide Lockdown, and direct the funds we would be spending each morning on our morning coffees toward causes that are doing amazing work in South Africa?
DONATE YOUR DAILY COFFEE
With new causes come new needs. Our impact is to help those less fortunate.

OUR BENEFICIARIES
Where your Coffee Money is going
For as long as we as a country feel the impact and consequences of the Nationwide Lockdown,
the raised funds through our initiative will be donated to a selection of charities. Â
This will allow different organisations with various needs to benefit at different times,
whether they be health, social services, or food and essentials.
MARROW
Marrow is a broth bar and restaurant located in Loop Street, Cape Town. They have teamed with PureGoodSA to distribute Marrow bone broth soups and stews to hundreds of Capetonians (children and families) in need.

We aim to raise funds to support their mission in helping to feed their community, as well as to help their business stay afloat and keep their employees on board while our country stays under strict regulations of trade.

A donation of as little as ZAR20 can provide a meal for a child in need, as well as assist the restaurant in employing their staff.
THE RE-TRADE PROJECT
The Re-Trade Project's mission is "To assist individuals who need immediate aid by providing for their basic human needs as well as educating them and the wider community in eco-sustainable practices."

We at The Coffee Collab are crowdfunding to finance the purchase of essential goods, including basic needs, food and toiletries for the unemployed, or people who are struggling as a result of the National Lockdown due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

All funds raised will be directed to "The Re-Trade Project", where they will be put to use for the funding of essential goods that will be accessible by their immediate community of lower income households.
