Tickets
Texas Athletics has moved to all mobile tickets to improve convenience and entry into athletic facilities. Mobile ticketing is easy, seamless, and can be added to nearly all smartphones. Season ticket holders can access tickets through the Texas Longhorns App, which supports both Apple and Android devices and is available for download via the App Store and Google Play. Tickets will be available to download and store in your digital wallets. You can download, share, manage, and transfer your tickets prior to gamedays by logging into your account at TexasSports.com/MyAccount.
Step 1: Your tickets will be emailed to the email address used to originally purchase tickets prior to your event.
Step 2: Download your tickets and save them to your smartphone’s digital wallet.
Step 3: You can manage, share, transfer, or sell your tickets on StubHub by logging into your account at TexasSports.com/MyAccount.
Step 4: On gameday, make sure your tickets are in your digital wallet and note your required entry gate before heading to the game.
To expedite entry and ensure the best possible gameday experience, fans should download their tickets prior to arrival and enter through the gate shown on their mobile ticket.
Scanning Your Tickets On Gameday
Step 1: Open your mobile ticket as you approach your required entry gate
Step 2: Scan your ticket using the scanner at the entry gate and you’re in!
As you approach the gate, just open your ticket, and present it at the scanner at the gate listed on your ticket.
Lost and Found
Lost valuable items (e.g. phones, keys, and wallets) that are found during Texas Athletics events are held by Fan Services before being turned over to UTPD. Found clothing items or other articles that are not immediately claimed after a Texas Athletics event are also collected by Fan Services, but then donated near the end of the academic semester.
Please fill out the Lost & Found Form and Fan Services will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
