“Through SEP, I learned that being multidimensional will fuel your career across any business function/industry. While there are numerous keys to success, being a Fellow showed me that fully immersing yourself and aiming to be the best at whatever you do, breeds confidence and success.”

Beata Squared

“Through the SEP Fellows Program, I became more immersed in the world of technology private equity as a rising junior in college—an opportunity not many undergraduates receive. I was able to develop my technical skills while also receiving guidance from leaders in the industry, and I am confident that the connections I’ve formed at SEP will remain throughout my entire career.”

Parredhi Squared

“The SEP Fellows program was an absolute blessing in the middle of the pandemic. I was able to meet such driven, empathetic, and high-achieving individuals who were a part of my class as well as everyone at SEP. Through the interview process, I was matched with Criteria Corp. and my experiences there were just as amazing and helped me gain clarity on what I might want to pursue in the future. The program is not just for one summer, but really a lifelong community that you get to be a part of.”
