We welcome walk-ins at our main Boston campus on Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. General inquiries can be serviced at the front desk from 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please have your NUID available upon check-in.

For questions about payment options, billing, payment concerns, or adjustments to your student account, many answers to your questions may be found in the SFS service portal.
