Family memberships are $10; staff memberships are $5. And of course you can add any amount as a donation to help support our programs this year!

**NEW:** You may now pay for memberships and send donations through our Shopping Cart page! Payments will be processed through PayPal.

You can begin ordering your Memory Books for 20-21 on Balfour.com, or may print this form to order by cash or check (made to Kleb PTO).

Forms may be turned in to PTO box in front office with payment.
