REGISter NOW!
Registration closes Friday, May 24, 2024
How many courses will you take?
- If registered for a full day of courses, students will take any combination of classes to fill six hours of instruction.
- If registered for a half day of courses, students will take either two 1.5 hour long classes or one 3 hour long class.
- Each course meets Monday through Thursday.
How will you know what courses you will take?
- We run the courses which are popular, creating our schedule from what students select.
- Students are placed in classes when tuition is paid.
- If there is a problem with the schedule, the registrant will hear from us; otherwise, students will get one of the classes chosen.
- Students will get their schedules at check-in (if not before).
Before you sit down to complete the registration form:
- Class titles are used in ParentVue registration (not the descriptions).
- Ideally, students sit down with parents or guardians when registering, as there are a couple student questions.

Scholarship Opportunities: This scholarship is filled for 2024
Families, Karate Math, a non-profit organization, is up to $350 in scholarships, either to one, two, or three individuals, based on the board’s decision. Karate Math uses movement to learn math skills, and so in student applications via writing, video, or song, they want to hear how Genius Week student’s selections of courses incorporate movement and learning (the learning does not have to be math centered). The Karate Math team is excited to hear why YOU want to attend Genius Week, including what classes you specifically plan to attend and the reason for these selections. Please email these entries to Mr. Castro and the Karate Math Board of Directors at karatemath@gmail.com
Applications are due by April 15, 2024 and recipients will be notified in the week following. In your email, please include:
your name,
parent’s name,
contact information,
your grade,
school you will attend this fall,
if you have attended Genius Week before,
what classes you hope to attend,
half or full day registration,
what you want to learn,
the amount of scholarship you hope to receive.
