Daily Breathing Exercise

*At the end of your activity, practice our breathing exercises that we end class with. Deep breath in for 4 counts, hold for a second, and breathe out for 4 seconds.. After 4 rounds of breath, picture yourself on a hill of green grass looking up at a blue sky. There’s a white puffy cloud above you. Send all of your negative thoughts or anxiety up to the puffy cloud and watch that cloud pass you by.

As your negative thoughts float away, know that you’ll have a wonderful rest of the day!
