The leadership, staff, and volunteers of the Shura Council, are looking forward to seeing you tomorrow, Saturday, May 18th, at the Hilton Anaheim. Our 29th Annual Banquet, From Resilience to Strength, will feature Dawud Walid, Executive Director, CAIR-MI as our Keynote Speaker. We will be hearing from local healthcare workers who were recently in Gaza and recognize our brave university students who have been standing up for justice.

As you may know, our banquet is sold out. Sorry, No Tickets Sales at the door. If you purchased an Adult ticket, Childcare tickets must be purchased separately for ages 4-10,  at $40/each, click here to buy.

We wanted to offer a few helpful tips to help you get the most out of our event or for those who may be traveling long distances:

• We invite you to arrive early as registration will open at 5:30 pm.

• Registration will be by First Name or Organization. Registration tables will be sorted by names.

• Please bring your parking ticket inside for validation at the registration table. Self-parking is complimentary for our guests.

• We will be serving a delicious selection of hors d’oeuvres.

• Asr prayer will be offered in jama’ah at 6:15 p.m.

• Our program will start promptly at 7:00 p.m. Dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m., followed by Maghrib prayer in jama’ah. The program will resume afterwards.
