What did receiving this tablet mean to you?

The tablet has helped me be successful. Within two weeks of getting the tablet I was hired to work for Amazon and less than a month and a half later, I was offered a promotion!

It was all because I was able to apply and interview for the job using the tablet. It was an essential part of me being hired because it made it so easy for me to communicate through the virtual interview process.

What do you like about your new device?

I had a smaller tablet but it didn’t have a camera and it was too small for me to read. With the larger screen I can see and touch and do whatever I need to on it. Now, I do everything with my tablet! I pay my rent, I look up directions and it was essential for my job search. It’s so beautiful I went and bought a lovely case for it!

From one to ten, I give it a twelve.

Any words of advice for someone who might be intimidated by the tablet?

When you use the tablet, it’s like you can reach out and touch the person you’re talking with. Trust me, it’s worth trying!
