Hearts with Hope Foundation is creating a bridge from foster care to the next phase of life for youth in the foster system by creating a place that provides technical and vocational training, and mental health and wellness programs to help build a stronger foundation for adolescence as they age out of care. The Learning Center will provide computer classes, cosmetology, culinary, money management, career planning, driver’s education, expanded mental health and wellness services, tutoring, mentoring and much more. This project is supported in part by Building New Foundations who is leading the effort in providing materials, project support and funding but we need others in the community to support this effort to ensure its success.
