Who: All Stone Hill Middle School and Rock Ridge High School students are welcome
What: Free learn 2 row. Come and see what Crew, the sport of rowing, is all about!
Where: The Day1 will be at RRHS. Day 2 and 3 will be at Algonkian Regional Park, in Cascades Virginia. (TBD we may be at Beaverdam reservoir if it is open by then)
When:
June 5, 2024 (Wednesday), 4:30pm to 6:30pm at RRHS
June 6-7, 2024, 5:30pm to 7:30pm at Algonkian.
Why:
Looking for a sport for your college application? No experience necessary as typically students 1st start rowing in high school. A few have started in middle school.

Donations make up the difference between the dues and expenses per spring season. For 2024 we have a fundraising goal of $10,000 to cover the costs such as, but not limited to: boat loans, equipment maintenance, insurance, storage and software to name a few. Fundraising donations go to the General Fund and are tax deductible as Rock Ridge Rowing, Inc and has IRS 501c3 charitable status. Please verify with your accountant.
