Suniva, Heliene team up to make US domestic content solar modules
Mar 28, 2024 8:30 CESTChicago-based Invenergy LLC has completed construction financing with CoBank for the Prineville and Millican Solar Energy Centers in the state of Oregon totalling 100 MW.
Invenergy said in a statement on Thursday that the cooperative bank served as sole lead arranger and administrative agent for the financing, comprising a construction loan, letter of credit facility and back-leverage term loan.
The supported solar parks are being built in Crook County and are expected to become operational at end-2020. During their construction, about 200 people will be employed.
PacifiCorp will buy the output of the solar plants under a long-term contract to supply Facebook’s data centre in Prineville, Oregon.
