Vietnam War 50th Commemoration

There are over 200,000 veterans in Washington state who served during the Vietnam War. I want to honor these heroes, including unreturned veterans, and their families at Vietnam War 50th Commemoration pinning ceremonies across Central Washington.

I have partnered with Vietnam War Commemoration as part of a nation-wide effort to thank and honor all Vietnam-era veterans. I want to ensure all eligible Vietnam-era veterans of Washington's 4th Congressional District receive a Service Lapel Pin and the recognition they deserve. If you are interested in receiving a pin and/or attending a pinning ceremony, please complete the application below. If available, you may also submit your DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty (DD-214).

If you prefer, you can also complete this form and mail to Vicki Holleman-Perez at the address below or by e-mail to Vicki.Holleman-Perez@mail.house.gov.

Mailing address:

Office of Congressman Dan Newhouse
