CCC 2022 On-Demand Recordings

Note: If your registration rate included On-Demand, or if you purchased On-Demand during CCC, please log in (top right) to access the content which will be available from mid-November.

ON-DEMAND REGISTRATION INCLUDES

• Access to view all On Demand accredited and unaccredited content for 12-months through the CCC 2022 digital platform. Included are Accredited Symposia, Integrated Sponsor Programs, as well as hub talks and much more;
• Access to view all recorded scientific sessions including Accredited Symposia, Integrated Sponsor Programs;
• Access to view all e-posters presentations (poster/audio narration) and discussion boards;
• Official Canadian Cardiovascular Congress digital delegate bag.

PAYMENT & REGISTRATION FEES

• Registration fees must be paid in full by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) at time of registration. You will be asked to provide your Customer Verification Number (CVN), located at the back of the credit card, and the cardholder’s billing address.
• All registration and activity fees are subject to applicable taxes. The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada guidelines do not permit the payment of physician registration fees by associated industry organizations.

 
REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
On-Demand registrations are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

ACCESS
The Canadian Cardiovascular Society reserves the right to require any delegate to immediately cease participation in the digital event, any person whose conduct, in the sole opinion of the Organizer, is prejudicial to the proper management and/or purposes of the CCC 2021. The CCS reserves the right to revoke Congress access provided to said individual.

TECHNOLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS
The quality of sound and video during webinars is greatly dependent on your Internet connection speed. Please make sure the device you intend to use meets the requirements of the digital conference environment.
 
To participate, you need access to a device, an Internet connection, and a web browser. For the best viewing experience, we recommend that you join the conference using a supported internet browser, which includes Google Chrome, Firefox, and/or Safari. We suggest not using your mobile devices to participate as there will be limitations.

A wired internet connection may work better for streaming videos than a wireless connection. It is also advised to disconnect Skype, stop downloads, and close browser tabs that will not be needed during CCC Digital.

PHOTO/VIDEO REPRODUCTION
The Canadian Cardiovascular Society reserve the right to use any photo or video images recorded at CCC. By registering for CCC, you hereby acknowledge and agree that the Canadian Cardiovascular Society may photograph and/or video you at this event, as well as use the photographs and/or videos in any publication or media for future educational and promotional activities/materials, without further notification or any compensation to you. For example, the selected images may assist in the promotion of future events and may be used in professional displays, advertisements, printed publications, and/or on any of the Canadian Cardiovascular Society websites. You also acknowledge and agree to waive any right to inspect or approve any future educational and promotional activities/materials that may include photographs and/or videos of you.

PRIVACY POLICY
The Canadian Cardiovascular Society does not use personal information for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with an individual’s consent or as required by law. Once personal information is no longer required to fulfill the identified purposes or other legal requirements, it will be destroyed, deleted, or made anonymous.
