Hiring W2 Employees vs Independent Contractors: Possibilities and Pitfalls

There are certainly some advantages to using independent contractors rather than employees, including cost and staffing flexibility. However, there may be some drawbacks, as well. Join us for this informative workshop, and get the information you need to know to make this important decision.

We'll discuss:

  • Understanding U.S. Department of Labor (U.S. DOL) and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Oversight
  • Hiring Independent Contractors
  • Hiring Employees through Staffing Agencies vs Direct Employment
