App does not work with iOS 14.

I use the app all the time, with iOS 14 it crashes as soon as you load it. The OS has been out long enough this should nat happen. Why does the city push people to an app that will not work?

Fixed on iOS 14

It took a few weeks but the app was updated three days ago and now works again. May be using it on Saturday to report sidewalks not cleared.

Prior: I have been happily using the app for years but it doesn’t work with my new iPhone running iOS 14. I can’t use my old phone because it does not have cell service any more. Please fix it.

Don’t bother

Don’t bother using this app or even contacting the city. in the past they used to take care of things but currently they do not do anything reported. Nothing
