Consultation has concluded
The city of Aurora and the Colorado Attorney General’s Office will select a Consent Decree Monitor who will oversee the city’s progress made in a recent consent decree, and the public is able to lend their voice to the process before the city and Attorney General's Office make a decision.
Two independent firms interested in the Consent Decree Monitor position will appear at a virtual public forum on Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. and will respond to questions submitted in advance from the public.
From Dec. 22 through Jan. 4, people who live or work in Aurora may submit questions on this page below or by calling Access Aurora at 303.739.7000. During and immediately after the forum until 11:59 p.m. on Jan. 5, public feedback about the finalists will be accepted through a separate link below.

City staff and a community moderator will gather the questions, sort them into categories, then select the questions most representative of each category. The moderator will read the selected questions aloud during the forum, and each firm will have an equal amount of time to respond.
