Dr. Williams and her nurse were very nice and listened well. However, parking, location, and lack of details on finding the office location when booking new appointments made it very difficult to locate the office on time.

Everyone that I interacted with was phenomenal. Michael at the check-in desk was so kind and helpful. He helped me troubleshoot why I had not received appointment reminders and corrected my phone number in the system. He also provided very clear instructions regarding the check-in process. Lydia (PCT) was patient as I completed paperwork and was thorough in asking follow up questions as she entered information in my chart. Dr. Williams was incredible. So thorough - took the time to get to know me and also to explain her thought process and plan. She is also very personable and a joy to be around! I was very happy with my first experience with PCAR OB/GYN WMNS!
