When tickets go on pre-sale, it always crashes and asks me to verify my account, and an error occurs. I call customer service, and they say it's not the app, but it is. It happened to me twice within the span of the year. I used to like ticketmaster but will never get tickets from them again. Also, the added on fees are horrible. They overcharge way too much at checkout.

It's hard to evaluate an app when it won't finish logging in. After clearing cache and data, reinstalling, rebooting and changing password, all I get is the 3 dots bouncing on the login button. I gave up after waiting an hour. Login on a computer works fine, but it directs you to use the app to get your tickets. Trying to view the barcodes on the computer results in a "We encountered a problem" and failure to view them. I smell a class action lawsuit in the works, since others have similar issue

This app isn't worth it in my opinion. I had a presale code for tickets. I was all signed into my ticket master account. I did everything ticket master suggests to do in order to grab great seats in their smart queue & when I clicked to be added into the queue. The app did absolutely nothing. I tried for 10 minutes to get into the queue. So I opened up my laptop and the queue let me in immediately. But since I took 10 minutes trying to figure it out on the app, I lost out on all the good seats.
