Spent 3 1/2 hours trying to access my peach bowl tickets, which can only be "mobil " tickets, but have to be accessed on desktop computer, due to " glitch" in app we found out about on second call to customer support. App finally downloaded tickets to phone, but can't find them anywhere. Tried to redownload but app only allows once. Don't know for sure what we have will get us in. Worst app experience ever!

The worst app I have ever used. Password selection is an invitation anyone desiring to steal it. No need to enter confirmation even. Unless app. Confusing to use. Exactly what you would expect when Google and Ticketmaster combine forces. All that's missing is a disclosure on how much they make selling our data.

Cannot access my tickets. App gives "your internet connection must offline" and a blank paged titled "Peach Bowl" when clicking "sign in to Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl" Tried using Wi-Fi, LTE mobile data, regular mobile data, and even USB OTG wired ethernet. Service simply refuses to connect properly.
