Worked well for a few months, but for over a month now I cannot log in. It logged me out, will not accept my password. It won't accept the validation code It sends to change the password. The app is now useless and blocks access to my pharmacy. I re-installed to see if it would help, but nothing. It would have full stars if it worked again.

I didn't have any issues at all from when I first installed it 4 years ago. Now all the sudden since the mid to end of January beginning of February it has been nothing but issues and it logged me out and when I go forgot password it tells me enter the email and I do then it says sending verification number to phone on file and I haven't received anything yet. This was the only way to tell when I had upcoming refills for both me and my spouse.

I went months to set up my account. It would throw me out of the app as it wished, and tell me my phone number wasn't the same as the pharmacy record. Their records were identical with mine. after 3½ months, I decided to put the country code before my #, it took it, but it won't use the password from the manager 95% of the time, I have to manually enter each keystroke. It worked fairly well but got slower and slower responding, till nothing. IT DOESN'T NEED A UPDATE, IT NEEDS A TOTAL REWRITE !!
