Address Change– Fans are responsible for updating their addresses– both billing and email– with the Panthers Ticket Office. Please submit changes in writing on your application, in a separate letter, online through 'Manage My Account', or by emailing tickets@athletics.pitt.edu. Please make changes prior to May 15.

Delivery of Tickets– Pitt football ticketing is 100% electronic/mobile. All season tickets are delivered via email approximately two weeks prior to Pitt’s first home game. Printed tickets are no longer available.

Admission Policy– Children younger than 1 year old do not need a ticket if they are going to sit on an adult's lap. Children 1 year of age or older are required to have a ticket.

Refunds– Refunds or exchanges are not granted unless an order is not filled through no fault of the purchaser. Note that, for example, refunds may not be made due to a game time or date change.

Gameday Accessibility–  Accessible seating for persons with disabilities is available at all levels of Acrisure Stadium, and fans with disabilities have an equal opportunity to purchase tickets for accessible seating. The Panthers Ticket Office accepts cash, checks, debit cards and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) for all purchases. Please make checks payable to The University of Pittsburgh. All sales are final and refunds or exchanges are not permitted.
