Organizers said students also will compose a life-sized self-portrait on large sheets of paper, and they will use collage, drawing, painting, gluing, projection, fabric and other techniques and materials to complete a "journal of self."

The class will be taught by Cooper Lanza, who has been painting and drawing for over 55 years.
