Dress Code: Fun Business Casual PROMOTING INTEGRATED HEALTHCARE & INTERPROFESSIONAL COLLABORATION JOIN US FOR A DYNAMIC & INTERACTIVE EVENT Join 100+ dental and medical professionals as we explore breaking down barriers by offering a night of fun, collaboration and networking around a common mission – Integrated Healthcare. Why: Although many efforts have been made to promote collaboration between the medical and dental professions, who historically function in silos, many barriers still exist to integrated healthcare. The Henry Schein Cares Foundation and CareQuest Innovation Partners have created SHE: Systemic Health Entrepreneurs, which serves as a unique brand to create a dynamic movement and build a community of key practitioner stakeholders from both professions to meaningfully advance interdisciplinary clinical collaboration by encouraging behavior changes, business innovation, and sustained communication. What: Specifically, we will host a fun interactive game where participants will answer questions concerning ways to address patients presenting various indications, utilizing both medical and dental healthcare professionals. We hope to construct teams from across Chicagoland, with a stated goal of creating new relationships that will hopefully persist beyond this event. Following the event, we’ll track participants to evaluate the impact on behavior change and the development of best practices to promote interprofessional collaboration in primary healthcare. Once the game is completed, a quick debrief will focus on the power of collaboration and intra/entrepreneurship. The remaining hour will be networking, with an open bar and passed hors d’oeuvres. When / Where: Event will take place on Sunday, October 8, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., at the Wynn Las Vegas (3131 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109) and will include an open bar and heavy hors d’oeuvres.   Who: We are looking for innovative, dynamic, and forward-thinking men and women who are physicians, dental practitioners, nurses, and hygienists that have interest in being part of advancing integrated care models and a willingness to meeting other healthcare professionals who share this passion.
