CROSS COUNTRY
  • Started the year with a third-place finish at the Suffolk Short Course Classic, running a 15:29 in a 5K (9/2)
  • Followed that up with a 24:58 in his first 8K race of the season at the Coast to Coast Battle in Beantown (9/23)
  • Championed the Penn State National Open with a 24:54.8 8K time (10/14)
  • Was the runner-up at the CAA Championsips with a 24:10.9 8K time, a personal best, making him the second-best 8K performer in program history (10/28)
  • Ran a 30:00.9 in the 10K at the NCAA Northeast Regionals, qualifying him as the fourth-best performer in the event in Northeastern history (11/11)
INDOOR
  • Finished first in the 1-mile run with a time of 4:01.23 which ranks sixth all-time in Northeastern history, at the Battle in Beantown (1/21)
  • Earned gold for the distance medley relay with a time of 9:56.51 at the CAA Indoor Championships (2/22)
  • Won the 3000m with a time of 8:13.54 at the CAA Indoor Championships (2/23)
OUTDOOR
  • Named the Men's CAA Co-Track Athlete of the Week (3/28)

  • Ran a personal-best time of 14:21.01 in the 5,000 meters at the Raleigh Relays (3/24-3/26)
  • Placed seventh in the 5,000 meters with the 10th best outdoor time in school history (14:13.95, PB) at the Friar Invitational (4/8)
  • Won the 1,500 meters with a career-best time of 3:53.26 at the Jay Carisella Invite (4/22)
  • Placed third in the 5,000 meters (14:30.71) at the CAA Championships (5/6-5/7)
  • Finished eighth in the 5,000 meters (14:20.18) at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (5/14-5/15)

INDOOR
  • Ran a personal-best time of 8:21.71 in the 3,000 meters at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/30)
  • Recorded a new personal-best time in the 5,000 meters (14:25.70) at the David Hemery Valentine Invite (2/12)
  • Recorded a new personal record in the mile (4:09.96) at the BU Last Chance Meet (2/27)
  • Finished 24th in the 3,000 meters with a career-best time of 8:20.49 at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (3/4-3/6)

CROSS COUNTRY
  • Placed first in his collegiate debut with a time of 25:06.80 in the 8k race at the Vermont Invitational (9/4)
  • Earned the fourth-place spot on NU's Men's XC All-Time Top 10 list with an 8k time of 24:25.20 at the Pre-National Invitational, (10/15)
  • Received All-CAA honors after placing seventh in the 8k at the CAA Championships with a time of 25:24.70 (10/30)
  • Competed in the NCAA Northeast Regionals, finishing the Huskies' second-best time of 32:17.80 (11/12)
