Christopher Bowe -  I would like to nominate myself, Chris Bowe, for the Vice President Spot.   I have a 1st grader who attends NHUF, a 9th grader in high school and a high school graduate.  I am currently the Director of Intramural Soccer for Boyertown Soccer Club and the treasurer for Suburban County Soccer League.  I like to help the community any way I can and I would love to be part of helping out NHUF.

Nomination Bio for Candidates:

Sian Bastable -   My name is Sian Bastable and I am running for the VP, Ways and Means position with the New Hanover Upper Frederick Elementary School PTCA board. My daughter, Sarah Henriksen, is a first grader at school. I have a strong business background, which I feel will be beneficial to the school. I had a 19-year career in banking, from a teller up through upper management in operations. For the past 12+ years I have been working alongside my husband at his Chiropractic office, as the office manager. I have lived in the Boyertown school district for over 10 years and I’m excited for the opportunity to give back to the community, specifically through NHUF Elementary School. I believe I can bring some fresh ideas to the board as well as fully support the team, the teachers, the administration, and most importantly, the students.

Kathleen Moyer -   Hello!  I'm Kathleen, and for the past nine years, my husband Bob and I have proudly called New Hanover Township our home.  Out family includes two children, Cameron (1st grade) and Maddie (starting Kindergarten in Fall 2024), and two Mini Goldendoodles, Minnie and Knox.  By profession, I am a Sales Support Specialists for a Healthcare linen rental, laundry and facility services company where I manage tradeshows and coordinate off-meetings.  On the weekends, I cherish quality time with my family and friends, reading books and having dinner at our local restaurants.  Volunteering for the PTCA events has been a fulfilling part of my life - my favorite being the Basket Raffle.  I love exploring creative new ideas and look forward to the potential to work with the PTCA on exciting new fundraising opportunities to benefit NHUF, its faculty, and most importantly, our students.
