Shooting involving teens, NJ Transit driver could spark changes in hiring process

Officials say NJ Transit may soon change its hiring process following an incident in which a driver shot at a group of teens who had allegedly assaulted him.
  Driver Charles Fieros has been charged after he allegedly shot at a group of teenagers, striking one of them in the abdomen.  
He's currently facing charges of attempted murder and possession of a stolen firearm.
An extensive background check on Fieros had apparently come back clean, according to the company.
