the U.S., 1 in 6 employees is caregiving for a family member, friend, or
neighbor. Research shows that the benefits of creating flexible employment
practices support caregivers and employers equally.
Hosted by the NH Alliance for Healthy Aging, in partnership with AARP NH, this
webinar will explore how employers can institute caregiver friendly business
practices by featuring available tools and resources, highlighting specific
examples from a large New Hampshire employer, and discussing the return on investment
for establishing these practices.

owners, organizational leaders, and others interested in learning more about
caregiving.
Presenters represent broad experience and expertise in the areas of managing
and developing employees, family caregiving, advocacy, collective impact, and
empowering older adults and their families.
Presenters: Dick Chevrefils retired in 2011 as the State Director of
AARP Pennsylvania. Dick has held leadership roles at AARP NH and NH Department
of Health and Human Services. His retirement from state government was the
capstone of a 35-year career working in the fields of aging, child welfare, and
human services.
Connie Roy-Czyzowski is the Vice President of Human Resources
at Northeast Delta Dental. Connie’s HR career spans over four decades. This
year, Northeast Delta Dental is a Hall of Fame company, as designated by Business
NH Magazine. In
2019, the company was named #2 Best Company to Work for in New Hampshire.
Jennifer Rabalais is the Co-Director at the UNH Center on
Aging and Community Living providing expertise in the areas of program design,
implementation, and oversight. She has over 20 years’ experience working on
programs for various populations in
community-based settings.
