Mexico Publishes New Tariff in the Diario Oficial

On June 7, 2022, in the Diario Oficial, the Mexican Ministry of Economy published a decree with the new Import & Export General Taxes Law, better known as the Harmonized Tariff Schedule. The new version of the tariff is a late publication of the 7th amendment. The enforcement date will be 10 days after the Revenue Administration Service confirms all related trade systems are ready to operate based on this new tariff schedule. This must be done within 180 days after the publication in the Diario Oficial.
