Apply Layout Playlists

IMPORTANT: When you apply a Layout PlaylistA prioritized list of Layouts that can be assigned to one or more AxisTV Engage players. The first Layout in the list with a schedule that applies now plays. to a PC Player, only those Playlists with the same aspect ratioRelationship between width and height of an image or display. Common aspect ratios are 4:3, 16:9, and 9:16 as the selected PC Player will be available to apply. Users must be assigned Manage PC Players, Manage Layouts, and Schedule Layouts user rights to apply LayoutA collection of one or more Slides that represent the visual and behavioral design on a Display. A Layout must be comprised of at least one Slide, but it may contain multiple Slides. Layouts with Multiple Slides are known as Layout Applications Playlists.

You can apply a Layout Playlist, or a single Layout, to PC Players. To apply a Layout Playlist:

1. Log in to AxisTV Manage by launching a browser and navigating to the URL for the AxisTV Manage web user interface.
2. Press the Application Selector near the top-right corner of the screen and select the Manage application.
3. From Overview, press the Menu icon near the top-left corner of the screen and select PC Players.
4. Use the Browsing Navigator to browse to the desired location.
5. Select a PC Player to apply a Layout Playlist.
   
   
   
6. In the PC Player action panel, press Apply Layout Playlist.
   
   
   
7. From Manage PC Players - Apply Layout Playlist, use the Explorer to choose a Layout in a specific Organization or category. Select a Layout Playlist to apply to the PC Player. Press Apply Layout Playlist.
   
   
   
8. Press Finished to return to Manage PC Players.
