DREAM Cleveland
Dream Hotels, a New York City-based lifestyle hospitality brand, will build a 19-story, 207 room hotel and parking structure adjacent and connected to the Masonic Auditorium at Euclid and East 36th.
The project (which includes multiple dining/lifestyle spaces, a fitness center, and more than 100,000 square feet of meeting/event space ) is poised to become the tallest building in MidTown and will build off the historic Masonic concert and event venue, adding to the offerings on this stretch of Euclid Avenue.

Agora Lofts
The Agora Theatre & Ballroom's legendary status is built upon the building's iconic look, a city's love for music, and a visible, accessible location on Euclid Avenue. Soon, it will be possible to live within the same complex as this fabled venue.
The Agora Lofts project is an ambitious planned conversion of vacant office spaces to loft-style apartments, with the potential for additional conversion to commercial and retail space.
Helmed by Budapest-based Sabor Group USA and the historic conversion experts of Renew Partners LLC, these renovations will preserve the historic flavor of the complex while still offering direct proximity to the amenities of the Agora and convenient location offered in our neighborhood.

MidTown Collaboration Center
Positioned to bridge Cleveland’s thriving downtown business center with its University Circle academic hub, the MidTown Collaboration Center is located between two of Cleveland’s most important nodes of activity, creating a synergistic working and educational environment.
The 95,000 sq. ft project builds upon the momentum of the adjacent Cleveland Foundation headquarters and aims to be both regionally significant and locally transformative. The Cleveland Foundation and JumpStart Inc., in partnership with MidTown Cleveland, are leading this project with key partners to co-locate innovative aspects of their research and programming in the first building. This exciting new project aims to bring together multiple businesses and organizations that will uplift the neighborhood around it, providing jobs for the residents of MidTown.
Some of the tenants coming to the building include JumpStart’s Headquarters, CWRU’s Center for Population Health Research, UH’s Diabetes Research and Wellness Center, CIA’s Interactive Media Lab, Hyland Software Training Center, ECDI – SBA Lending Center and Women’s Business Center, Black Frog Brewery, and Pearl’s Kitchen Restaurant. It will also include an Innovation Hall and Music Venue.
Innovation District
MidTown will build on the success of the Cleveland Health-Tech Corridor by creating a new center for Cleveland’s innovation economy adjacent to the new Cleveland Foundation HQ on Euclid Avenue & East 66th Street.
A highly-collaborative, walkable and inclusive set of buildings will further link the Cleveland Health-Tech Corridor’s anchor institutions and companies with the area residents and entrepreneurs. Wexford is a unique developer who only works on large scale innovation communities and has partnered with world class institutions across the country on 15 such projects over the last 20 years.
The project promises to help attract more jobs, organizations and opportunities to MidTown, and a critical goal is to ensure long-term, sustainable benefits in education, workforce development and investment for all stakeholders in the community.
Warner Swasey Redevelopment
Originally a telescope and machine parts factory that played a key part in the manufacturing effort during both World Wars, this historic five-story structure has been in a state of disuse since 1985, serving only as a spot for urban explorers and a reminder of MidTown's past as a manufacturing hub.
Enter Pennrose Properties. This Philadelphia-based company (which specializes in rehabbing historic buildings) is transforming this iconic brick building into a mixed-use hub of low-middle income housing and workforce support services. This gives this historic structure new life, preserves the historical character of the building, and offers another key resource for the residents of MidTown.

Foundry Lofts
Situated on historic Euclid Avenue, Foundry Lofts is the first large-scale new market-rate housing in decades, providing housing support for the local Midtown area. These market-rate apartments are made of natural materials and feature a great view of Carnegie & Euclid Avenues.

Cleveland Foundation HQ
The revitalization of MidTown is continuing to attract interest and businesses from all over Cleveland, with the Cleveland Foundation’s headquarters now at Euclid Ave and East 66th St. proving another shining example of this.
Located on the grounds of the historic Dunham Tavern Museum, this location is now not only the new HQ of one of Cleveland’s oldest and most trusted community organizations, but is the hub of a new mixed-use “Innovation District” between East 65th and East 66th St. This move also allows the Cleveland Foundation direct geographical proximity with the community and residents of MidTown, ensuring they can continue to serve the neighborhood in an even more direct and substantial manner.
Opening to the public with a historic day-long celebration that encapsulated MidTown Cleveland’s Neighborhood Vision Plan, the new HQ features many amenities that will serve the surrounding residents and businesses. The ground floor features inviting community gathering spaces, including an interactive art space, a public café serving food and drinks, a Conference Center featuring multiple free meeting spaces available for nonprofits, and a multipurpose room for community events, classes, performances and other activities. This new collaborative space is a huge step forward in creating a welcoming and thriving community in MidTown for all.

MAGNET HQ
A dynamic repurposing of The Margaret Ireland School at East 63rd Street & Chester Avenue, MAGNET’s HQ is a $10 million project that has created another highly collaborative, innovative, and inclusive economic development space in the MidTown neighborhood.
This new HQ is a stunning redevelopment of the building, featuring a glass-framed, two-story manufacturing floor visible to pedestrians and motorists, and a 6,300 square foot classroom for students of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD). MAGNET’s partnership with CMSD is particularly exciting, as it brings an important workforce development resource to MidTown via MAGNET’s Early College Early Career program. This program helps high school students develop high-demand skills in manufacturing through an apprenticeship.
Inside the building, there are many innovative programs that will stimulate the minds of both kids and adults. With the interactive Ball Wall and Kiosks, children can explore their future in engineering. There are also many manufacturing demos to learn from via the Start-Up & Innovation Area, Student Demo Area, and the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Area.
MAGNET also features an amazing STEM-Themed Playground outside the building, and a stunning mural painted by Cleveland’s Darius Steward on the wall facing the playground.
The location of the building is also key, nestled between residential and commercial areas, and near the site of several new developments such as the Cleveland Foundation HQ and the future site of the MidTown Collaboration Center.
Dave's Market & Eatery
Dave's Market is a family-owned, Cleveland-based Grocery Store that opened up on East 61st and Chester in February 2018.
Envisioned as the next revolutionary offering in the over 100 year history of the company, it features the same fantastic Dave’s experience with several modern offerings added. These offerings include The Eatery, a large food court featuring seating and a multitude of diverse, fresh food options, as well as self-serve kiosks and free nutrition classes in accordance with the nearby Rainbow Center For Women & Children.
“We [take] a lot of pride in that we’re in the best position to serve a number of East Side neighborhoods.” says fifth generation owner Aaron Saltzman.
Rainbow Center for Women & Children
In July 2018 University Hospitals opened this new center for Women and Children to the MidTown area.
This 40,000 square foot, three-story hub offers traditional medical services as well as neighborhood support services such as nutrition education, legal services, and several group-care options in a cutting-edge approach to public health and neighborhood development in MidTown.
“This is all part of our total health mission,” she says. “It’s the way that we operate, the programs that we offer, the way we invest in the community and the kind of building in which we want to care for our patients and our staff.” says Dr. Aparna Bole, a pediatrician and co-medical director for the center.
Tru by Hilton
Featuring hip, practical amenities at an affordable pricepoint, Health Tech Hospitality LLC has teamed up with MidTown Cleveland to bring the first Tru by Hilton hotel to Ohio at East 69th and Euclid. This location gives the Tru easy access to proximity cultural institutions such as the Agora Theatre, the RTA Healthline and Playhouse Square, which is no coincidence considering the amount of development that has occurred in the neighborhood in the last decade,
“We are excited to be alongside companies and cultural assets in MidTown,” said project architect Chris Kaczmar of the project — one of the first of its kind in the country. “We’re thrilled to bring this new hotel to Cleveland and to MidTown, and see the momentum in the neighborhood continue to skyrocket.”
MidTown Tech Hive

A program of DigitalC, this hub offers 14,000 square feet of both short and long-term open spaces/offices and a variety of amenities to a litany of businesses and individuals, with tech education available as well.

The Esmond
Located at 4806 Euclid Avenue, this Cleveland-designated landmark was designed by John Eisenmann (architect of the Cleveland Arcade) and possesses a variety of amenities catering to a range of tenants.
Its proximity to public transportation via the RTA’s Healthline Station appeals to professionals commuting to Downtown /University Circle, while its accessibility to Cleveland State, Case Western Reserve, and the world-class Health Tech Corridor makes it perfect for medical professionals and students.
New renovations such as new and modern kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring have brought a modern touch to this historic building, and its location also puts you within walking distance to cultural amenities such as The Cleveland Children's Museum and The Agora Theatre.
Agora Theatre
Located in the heart of Midtown’s thriving Health Tech Corridor, this iconic venue has hosted artists such as Bruce Springsteen, Foo Fighters and Rage Against the Machine. In 2018, this venue underwent a substantial $3 million renovation via Los Angeles-based AEG Properties that brought this Cleveland hallmark into the modern age.
A more vibrant and colorful stage, plush seats, a new lighting system and several other changes have ensured that this venue, originally opened in 1913, will continue as a hotbed of the Cleveland Music Scene for years to come, having already hosted artists such as Father John Misty, Mac Demarco, and BROCKHAMPTON since the renovations.

Located at East 59th and Euclid, this state-of-the-art, 60,000 square foot building was completed in 2017 and is envisioned as another piece in the revitalization of the MidTown neighborhood.
Its strategic integration in the same complex as The Rainbow Babies & Children’s Center, Dave’s Market & Eatery and The Phoenix Building makes it accessible to workers and residents.
The building’s sleek, modern design and surroundings seamlessly integrate it into the neighborhood, with the RTA’s Healthline connecting the space to both University Circle and Downtown. Tenants such as MCpC’s Security Operations Center also ensure that this space will continue to fit the collaborative spirit of MidTown and the Health Tech Corridor.
ReinCarnegie Study
Formally known as the Carnegie Avenue Master Plan and a collaboration between the City of Cleveland, Midtown, and the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency, this study is an assessment of the strengths, weaknesses, and history of the Carnegie Avenue area, with a special focus on the area between E.55th & E.79th Street.
By leveraging these strengths and giving seeking a bold, transformative approach to the area, this is just one of many initiatives that seeks to further revitalize the Midtown neighborhood and help develop this area as a “connective tissue" between Downtown and University Circle.
Innerbelt Lofts
Substantial renovation through 2019 transformed the building into the Offset Lofts, reflecting the current changing nature of the City of Cleveland itself. It is a juxtaposition of old and new, roughness and refinement.
The design and development team focused on featuring the historic aspects of the building while enriching the residents experience with conveniences consistent with living in a modern bustling city.
Measures were also taken to retain, protect and enhance the historic exterior features, measures which preserved the character of the original wood flooring, generously sized windows, and the warm robust masonry walls.
