Need to buy correct unit for needs

Good Morning

My name is Jamie. I am a garage door company owner in Wisconsin. We recently installed a liftmaster 84501 Residential garage door opener that uses a freq of 390MHz the handheld car remotes will only work from inside the garage, i sent my techs out and replaced the opener and same thing is happening i hooked up the initial unit in my shop and it works correctly, the house must have some RF interference. I am scheduled to go back this friday 4-8-22 to find a solution

I ordered what I thought was the RF explorer spectrum analyzer but I purchased the signal generator. Can you advise me on what unit would be the correct one to purchase

these are the following freq the openers we deal with

310 , 315, 318,390,

sometime 300

Any help with the correct recommendation on the unit to help find the source of the interference would be greatly appreciated

I ended up ordering the WSUB1G 240-960mhz model would that work just as well for now as i needed a unit by friday

Got any LED bulbs in the LIftmaster unit? Had similar problem and replaced those LED bulbs with incandescent bulbs and problem went away.

Liftmaster has list on their website of LED bulbs certified that won’t cause interference problems.

this unit has the led built into them. techs removed the 1 led in the garage and the 3 on the exterior of the garage still had range issues.

The led in the liftmaster openers was a crazy find a few years ago im glad they finally admitted they had some issues and made that list of approved bulbs
