THANK YOU for attending the LEARN Conference and HS Symposium
|
It was wonderful to see so many of you last week! The LEARN Conference was an informative and inspiring time in Minneapolis. The Symposium on Facilitating Attuned Interactions (FAN) for HealthySteps was led by Dr. Linda Gilkerson, founder of FAN. Please sign up for the second (virtual!) day of this training (provided at no cost, but only for Symposium attendees). The conference itself was amazing — from the kick-off with three indigenous women speakers, to the plenaries, HS sessions and keynote. Please share any photos or takeaways from the event on HS Connect or with Samantha Prior and save the date for next year: July 31-August 1 in Long Beach, CA!

Additionally, we have updated versions of both the Newborn Sleep and Sexual Health and Safety handouts. An updated Gender Identity resource is also in the works. Spanish versions of these new handouts are in development, as well as translations for all our caregiver handouts into multiple new languages including, Arabic, Bengali and Haitian Creole. You let us know these are some of the most common languages among families in our network in the annual reporting data that you all provide!
