Using your library's Experience Kit program, visit THREE different museum sites by October 31, 2022, and be entered to win a prize!

Sites this year include:

• Fort Pitt Museum (part of the Heinz History Center Pass)
• Heinz History Center
• Historic Fort Steuben
• Meadowcroft Rockshelter and Historic Village (part of the Heinz History Center Pass)  
• Merrick Art Gallery
• Old Economy Village
• Somerset Historical Center
• West Overton Village Museum & Distillery

This raffle submission form will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Complete this form AFTER you have visited at least three sites. Form must be filled out in one sitting (if not, your progress will not be saved).

Rules are as follows:
• One raffle entry per person
• Raffle submission must be received by 11:59 PM on October 31, 2022
• Winners must be able to pick up their prize at the local library
