After-School Tutoring Permission Form SY 23-24
After-School Tutoring Expectations:
-Scholars must bring their school-issued laptop (7th and 8th grade) and other necessary materials (binder, writing utensils, etc.).
-Scholars must attend all sessions. Two or more absences (unless the student has an approved absence from school; note provided) will cause the student to be removed from the program to accommodate students on the waiting list.
-Scholars must actively engage with staff and other scholars during the session. Failure to actively engage in the session will cause the student to be removed from the program.
-Scholars will be assigned to a Stoddert staff member’s tutoring group and this is where he/she must report directly after school.

Please note:
-Transportation will not be provided. Parents must provide transportation at the conclusion of tutoring at 4:45 PM or give permission for the student to walk home.
-Tutoring will only occur on days when students attend school in-person.
-Tutoring does not occur on 2-hour early dismissal days.

Please reach out to Ms. Dahm (tdahm@ccboe.com), ELO Coordinator, with any questions you have about the program.
