Revitalizing the Five Forks-Trickum Corridor
The Mountain Park Community Association is working to understand local perspectives that will inform decisions and shape our community’s future. We are partnering with Gwinnett Planning to study ways to revitalize the Five Forks-Trickum corridor to keep existing businesses healthy, and attract new businesses to provide needed services for the local community. We want your opinions on how Mountain Park might be improved to become the jewel of Gwinnett County’s 22 named unincorporated communities.

This survey encourages resident/stakeholder involvement in planning for the future of Mountain Park:
1. You are a stakeholder if you live, work, learn, play, pray, or thrive in the greater Lilburn-Mountain Park Community.
2. Mountain Park is the unincorporated area of Gwinnett County between Lawrenceville Highway and Highway 78.
3. Five Forks-Trickum is the primary road cutting through unincorporated Mountain Park from the Yellow River to the Dekalb County line.
4. Within Mountain Park, the Five Forks-Trickum Corridor passes through 2 commercial areas (called “nodes” by County planners).
5. These commercial nodes are located where Five Forks-Trickum intersects Killian Hill and Rockbridge roads.

Think about how these commercial nodes on the Five Forks-Trickum Corridor serve your needs and impact the value of your home or business, as well as how they could be improved to increase your quality of life in the future.

We want to hear from you!
