In May and June 2022, the Bolton School Donations Committee (BSDC) and the FSS PAC voted to merge their organizations to form one united Bolton PTO. Under the new name, the Bolton PTO will bring together all the past activities of BSDC and PAC. We are looking for new volunteers as we kick off this new organization in the Fall. Executive Committee - Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Teacher or Parent Representative

Enrichment and In School Programming Committee - find and implement grade level appropriate enrichment programs.

Fundraising Events Committee - Plan and oversee fundraising events including semi annual auction, bingo night, and other events.

Communications Committee - Coordinate PTO communications including website, social media, school membership directory, and regular newsletter updates to school community.

Fundraising Activities Committee - coordinate ongoing fundraising activities such as the book fair, fun pass, square 1 art, discount cards, spirit wear, dine out nights and sporting events.

Staff Appreciation Committee - organize teacher appreciation week activities, meals for staff during conferences, and recognition of special achievements and retirements

Teacher/Staff Supply Request Committee - Coordinates Fall and Spring teacher supply request process including reviewing, ordering, and delivery of supplies.

School Picture Committee - Select school photographer and coordinate volunteers on school picture day.

I'm not sure about a committee but I definitely want to be on the list to volunteer in the future!
