All participants must complete this form every Monday before noon for the previous weeks activities. We will calculate the team totals for each team based on the individual entries.

Workout Schedule:
Monday 12 p.m. Full Body Circuit Training (199 steps per minute)
Tuesday 4 p.m. Yoga  (45 steps per minute)
Wednesday 12 p.m. HIIT (199 steps per minute)
Thursday 8 a.m. Move, Manipulate and Meditate  (94 steps per minute)
Friday 12 p.m. Core Strength and Stability (121 steps per minute)
Saturday 9:30 a.m. HIIT (199 steps per minute)
Sunday 11 a.m. Pilates Cross Training (121 steps per minute)
