Description: Join Pace | Haub Environmental Law for the Annual Gilbert and Sarah Kerlin Lecture on Environmental Law, featuring Sam Kalen, William
T. Schwartz Distinguished Professor of Law and Associate Dean at the University
of Wyoming College of Law, as well as founder and co-director of the
School’s Center for Law and Energy Resources in the Rockies. Prof. Kalen 's
lecture will focus on the Supreme Court's Approach to the Administrative State and what that means for environmental law programs around the country.
The Kerlin Lecture, one of the highlights of our academic year, is delivered at the law school and is open to students and the public, including law school alumni, lawyers, scientists, and policymakers.
All in-person attendees for the Kerlin Lecture are invited to attend the evening reception.
