Please use this form to request a prerequisite override for CHEM 404 if you intend to take both CHEM 403 and CHEM 404 this summer and have not previously passed CHEM 403. You do not need to justify your request, but the registration computer will prevent you from registering for both summer courses without the override. Dr. Konen will process your request and make sure you are registered for both courses.
