During our second event on Tuesday, March 21st at 6:30 pm we'll have Harvard and NYU Law post-doctoral research fellow Dr. Oren Tamir giving a lecture on the Regulatory State. Dr. Tamir works in the areas of U.S and comparative public law. He is currently working on a paper that aims to reimagine administrative law in ways that make it more sensitive to claims about unjust distribution of economic and political power, is completing a book manuscript offering a new theory of constitutional review, and is working on constitutional law case book with Professor Lawrence Lessig.
