Yale Public Health Coalition Mentee Questionnaire 2021/22
The Yale Public Health Coalition is an undergraduate organization dedicated to increasing awareness and transparency in public health at Yale College. One of their primary projects is to connect Yale College undergraduates with Yale School of Public Health students to show possible career goals and paths of relevance to those interested in public health.

We will be matching you up with graduate students at the School of Public Health studying in similar areas of your public health interests. This would be a fairly low time commitment, and if you're interested in being an undergraduate mentee, please fill out this form. It should only take 1-2 minutes to complete. Thank you.
