Environment
XMC Analytics XIQ-SE |
Cause
Unknown. Fingerprint file cannot be synched. |
Resolution
We were able to rectify this by making sure the remote XMC server on analytics engine and remote analytics server on XMC's /etc/host file were updated with IP and name. Modify the /etc/hosts accordingly. |
Additional notes
To see if you have this issue. from XMC ssh shell nslookup <ipofanalytics> then nslookup <nameofanalytics> then to the opposite from the analytics ssh shell. All of these need to resolve in order to clear this issue. |
