Harald Link
chairman, chief executive and owner B.Grimm
Harald Link is chairman of B.Grimm, Thailand’s oldest business institution, carrying a 145-year-old tradition. After earning an MBA from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, he started working at B.Grimm in 1978 at the age of 23. From 1981 to 1986, he sat on the company’s executive committee and became chief executive in 1987. Since 1988, under his leadership, the company has evolved, forming joint ventures with world-leading corporations and building its own businesses in energy, building and industrial systems, health care, lifestyle and real estate. Mr Link also actively engages in various philanthropic projects, both personal and via B.Grimm. Interests close to his heart are education, environment, sports, music, religion and arts.

Bicky Bhangu
President, South- East Asia, Pacific and South Korea, Rolls-Royce
Bicky Bhangu is president, South-east Asia, Pacific and South Korea at Rolls-Royce, based in Singapore. He is responsible for the operations across the company’s key businesses: civil aerospace, defence and power systems.
Mr Bhangu currently serves as chairman of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce and as a council member of the Singapore National Employers Federation. He has served as deputy president of the Singapore Manufacturing Federation and as president of the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore.
Mr Bhangu is an adjunct professor at Nanyang Technological University. He has a BEng in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Nottingham, an MSc in control systems, a PhD in advanced machines and drives from the University of Sheffield and an MBA in technology management. He is a chartered engineer, a fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and a fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society. He is also serving the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS) as a board member.

Graeme Beardsell
Chief executive officer, Fujitsu Asia Pacific
Graeme Beardsell is the executive vice-president of Fujitsu Asia-Pacific and chief executive of Fujitsu Australia and New Zealand. In this role, Mr Beardsell is focused on delivering on Fujitsu’s goal to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation. Since joining the company in 2020, he has been accelerating Fujitsu’s journey to becoming an employer of choice, instigating several key cultural initiatives designed to achieve gender balance, such as mandating gender pay equity. Mr Beardsell is an accomplished technology executive with over 30 years of experience in senior management, sales, consulting, M&A and product management roles. He has worked across startups and well-established companies, such as IBM, Salesforce, Experian and Akamai. His qualifications are in business and economics from RMIT University. He is on the board of the Australian Business and Community Network and is a member of the Business Council of Australia.

Jay Buckley
Senior vice-president and chief legal counsel, Asia-Pacific, Pepsico
Jay Buckley is currently senior vice-president and chief legal counsel for PepsiCo’s APAC sector, comprising its food and beverages businesses across China, Asia-Pacific, and Australia and New Zealand.
Mr Buckley is a commercially focused general counsel who leads a team of lawyers working on a dynamic agenda across a wide variety of business models and regulatory environments. He joined PepsiCo in 2011 as general counsel for PepsiCo’s food and beverages business in Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to PepsiCo, he had a ten-year career in mergers and acquisitions at Corrs Chambers Westgarth in Sydney, and Linklaters and Latham & Watkins in London.

Deborah Priya Henry
Founder and executive director, Fugee.org
Deborah Henry is a Malaysian-Irish model, TV host, humanitarian and entrepreneur. She gained prominence after winning Miss Malaysia World in 2007 and Miss Malaysia Universe in 2011. Her keen interest in human rights led her to co-found Fugee Org in 2009; the non-profit organisation delivers education services to refugee children and youth in Malaysia. She currently serves as the executive director of Fugee Org Malaysia.
Ms Henry is a children’s rights advocate for World Vision and a refugee rights advocate for the UN High Commissioner for Refugees. In 2013, Forbes included her in its list of Asian philanthropists. In 2008, the US embassy in Malaysia nominated her to represent Malaysia in the prestigious International Visitor Leadership Programme sponsored by the US State Department. She is an Asia 21 fellow of the Asia Society, 2023.

Ronadol Numnonda
Deputy Governor, Bank of Thailand
Ronadol Numnonda was appointed deputy governor of the Bank of Thailand in 2018. He is in charge of financial institution stability, consisting of three groups: financial institution policy, supervision, and payment systems policy and financial consumer protection.
Mr Numnonda has more than ten years’ experience in banking examination and supervision, and was actively involved in setting up the Bank of Thailand’s representative office in New York. He has also worked as an executive of the reserve management office. Prior to his current position, Mr Numnonda directed the financial risk management and operations department, the human resources management department and the office of corporate strategy.
He obtained a master’s degree in finance, investment and banking from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics from Saint Olaf College, both in the US. In addition, he is a chartered financial analyst in finance and banking.

Isao Sekiguchi
President, Nissan ASEAN
Isao Sekiguchi is president of Nissan ASEAN. Additionally, he serves as Nissan regional vice-president of marketing and sales, ASEAN; and president director of Nissan Indonesia.
With more than 20 years in the automotive sector, he has diverse international experience across Nissan in Africa, Middle East and greater Asia regions. Before joining Nissan, he worked with major Japanese trading house Sumitomo Corporation, with experience in leading and managing automotive companies based in the US, Germany and Slovakia.
He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Darden Business School, University of Virginia, and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Tsukuba.

Chompan Kulnides
Chief sustainability officer, Minor International
Chompan Kulnides is chief sustainability officer at Minor International. She is responsible for developing and driving Minor International’s sustainability strategy, long-term goals, practices and reporting, in alignment with business strategy, stakeholders’ needs and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Ms Kulnides is also the managing director at Minor Holdings (Thailand), where she is responsible for the founder’s private investments as well as the Heinecke Foundation.
She worked in investment and finance functions for the hotel and lifestyle groups at Minor before taking roles in sustainability and private wealth management. Prior to joining Minor in 2005, she worked as a management consultant for Accenture and A.T. Kearney. Ms Kulnides graduated with a BBA from Thammasat University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Daniel Ross is the chief investment officer and head of sustainability of BTS Group Holdings. His management responsibilities cover sustainability, business development and investor relations. Mr Ross has more than 25 years of professional finance and investment experience in Europe (JPMorgan, Fidelity Investments) and Asia, where his roles covered research and strategy (Stock Exchange of Thailand), co-head of investment banking (Mullis Partners), and vice-president of real estate investment and development (Pacific Star).
He is a member of the advisory board of investment manager Ross & Van Compernolle. Mr Ross received first-class honours in mathematics from King’s College London.
